Ray Brown, Estimating and Project Management, has focused on ventilation design and fabrication for 25 years. He started building actual parts, designing them, and managing the installation of ductwork. Ray provides clients with a comprehensive approach to contracting and knows the full cycle of work from design to completion. Ray prioritizes serving my clients’ needs and satisfaction above everything else.
From dealing with mundane bureaucratic tasks to coordinating various contracting initiatives, Ray can take care of all the small details so you don’t have to. I'm able to do work in PA and NJ.
Paul Kollhoff, Business Development and Superintendent, joined KAM in 2022 adding to its ability to execute larger projects quickly. Paul is an easy person to work with and eager to help your project be affordable and reliable. One of Paul's greatest assets is troubleshooting critical issues on site to keep a project on schedule.

PETCO STORE IN PHILADELPHIA
September 1, 2021
The project entails coordination with City for non-local general contractor, removal of existing ductwork, reinstallation of existing units in opposite side of store, installation of four (4) new units with accompanying ductwork. KAM fabricated all ductwork needed for the project.
