ABOUT US

Precision. Punctuality. Commitment to excellence.
KAM is managed and owned by 3 individuals with a collective 60 years in the construction business. We are committed to the success of your project.

Liz Gabor, Principal, believes strongly in the different approach that women bring to business. She is proud of the success of KAM, and looks forward to see where the company goes in the future.

Ray Brown, Estimating and Project Management, has focused on ventilation design and fabrication for 25 years. He started building actual parts, designing them, and managing the installation of ductwork. Ray provides clients with a comprehensive approach to contracting and knows the full cycle of work from design to completion. Ray prioritizes serving my clients’ needs and satisfaction above everything else.
From dealing with mundane bureaucratic tasks to coordinating various contracting initiatives, Ray can take care of all the small details so you don’t have to. I'm able to do work in PA and NJ.

Paul Kollhoff, Business Development and Superintendent, joined KAM in 2022 adding to its ability to execute larger projects quickly. Paul is an easy person to work with and eager to help your project be affordable and reliable. One of Paul's greatest assets is troubleshooting critical issues on site to keep a project on schedule.

OUR TEAM

LIZ GABOR
Liz has had a career mixed with public and private sector roles from the White House, Pentagon, Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation, that led to private development for IKEA, the Goldenberg Group, and Link Logistics. Now Liz juggles work and 2 very active little girls, both who are curious about the world and requires lots of focus and conscious listening to their big imaginations and silliness.

RAY BROWN
COVID pushed me to open my own business to maintain a livelihood during a time when the world shut down. I discovered that the company and my knowledge was a needed resource and we have continued to grow year over year.
I started in this industry in 1997, working my way from apprenticeship to superintendent. I have learned to be meticulous in design and production because it helps conserve energy and materials.
